Raumjager are a bit dated but the rest are pretty solid kits.

Okay. I'll try to participate. So is there an official Sci-Fi scenario planned for BOYL? Or are you asking me to volunteer to run one, even though I'm not yet quite certain I can make it? (I certainly hope to, but distance and budget are factors.) Maybe what we need is specific threads for these projects, since this thread goes back a long way and I for one am a little lost about what we're doing. I want to play. Honest!

a little over a mere twelve years ago, @whiskeypriest proposed a challenge / recruitment drive. paint twenty figures and a character figures that were either cheap second hand (still possible for citadel, in those days) or currently available, then turn up at salute the following year to slap...

I was re-basing some figures and found the ones I started to do for this first time around in 2014..... I'm only indulging in posting these as my epic failure made me laugh. 3 figures in 12 years. Which means i should be done around 2098. One for the great grandkids maybe....



So I was going all fancy empire but the warmonger ogre pretty much killed me. Figure on the left is from Wargames Foundry (A 'free' one they popped in an order as I recall and the other guy is Artizan Designs. I think I have a fullish unit of the Artizan stuff somewhere and one of warmonger orcs to act as the character knocking around so, yeah, watch out for me at the end of the century.
