New Realm of Chaos 1980s Oldhammer Chaos Gifts!

73. Awful serial abuser: After many years of abusing vulnerable people, the champion is outed by lawful good justice organisations. At the beginning of ever game, roll a D6. On the roll of a 6 the character is "doing porridge" and is incarcerated, so may not be used.

74. King/Queen of Pöhpp

Amongst the many places the warps has to offer, Pöhpp is renowned for its massive population and the vast number of slavish followers it draws. Demagogues and mass manipulators can draw tremendous powers from this mass of zealots and by receiving this gift the champions gets aknowledged as the undisputed king or queen of Pöhpp.

The champion gains +2 to Ld and the ability to summon a unit of 4+D6 zombies every turn during the magical phase (at no cost) for such is the power of the King/Queen of Pöhpp.

The champion gets the ability to fly and grows accustomed to the idea the sky is his.

The champion can fly and gains +2 to hit against any other flying model.

76. New Coke

The champion somehow changes while still being the same. This subbtle yet puzzling alteration puts doubt in his foes.

The champion's model is removed from play and must be replaced with a more recent adequate model.
The champion gains +1 WS and +1 BS but his W drop to 1. When the New coke champion gets killed, he comes back with his original W, keeps his upgraded stats and switches back to the former older model.

77. Better Off Dead

The champion comes from a rich family, granting him or her ridiculous good looks and plenty of money. Additionally, the character's wealth and attractiveness has made him or her incredibly compelling to followers. The character gains +1 to Leadership and cool. Further, the champion is gifted with the finest chariot from Bogenhofen Mobil Werks, which has a +1 to its movement.

However, an opposing champion may issue a non-combat challenge with bizarrely specific requirements. The opposing character must clearly define these restrictions, and they will usually involve some feet of skill such as skiing down the most dangerous mountain or a boat race down the Reik. If the opposing champion issues such a challenge, the character is destined to loose, and the opposing champion will gain all of the character's followers as he has proven his own coolness.

78. Badly made chinese knock offs: All of the champions technological equipment is badly made and malfuntions often. Roll a D6 at the start of each game for each piece of technological equipment, even if magically derived (reward of Khorne etc). On the roll of a 6 the item does not work for this game and may not be used.

79. Straight to video sequel : The character becomes a pale imitation of them self, hardly worth the effort of watching. Reduce WS, BS, and S and Cl by -1.

Rewind the tape: Once per game the character may reroll a single dice pertaining to them self.

80. Scab. Causes Animosity between all units in his warband within 12". Moves within 6" of enemy will immediately turn traitor and join the other side (which will not suffer from his animosity causing blather). Not effected by Scargilism. All personal stats become 0, suffers Stupidity and Fear of any creature armed with a weapon, refuses to fight except defensively.

81. Horrific Inhuman Virus

The gods have been over generous with the champion and their attention has left the mutant's natural defenses exhausted but he will fight his fate till the end for the show must go on.
Before every battle the champion must take a test on a D6. on a 4+, the syndrome goes into Acute Immaterium Distortion Syndrome, otherwise he remains safe put will test every battle from now on.
The champion loses -1 to all stats at the end of every battle. He is removed from game when his W fall to 0 either from damage or from Stat reduction.

I hesitated with this one but HIV is an icon of the 80's as well. I love Neons, new wave and mullets like any other guy but this is part of it too.
I won't add any other serious entry, just bear in mind no direspect is intended here, just aknowledgment.

Should have to test after each battle to see if it goes to Acute Immaterium Distortion Syndrome. Until this it should have no effect!

Agreed and corrected.

82: Moral Majority

The bearer of this chaos gift will publicly renounce their patron god (whilst secretly observing their worst excesses) and force march their warband to the far right hand side of the gaming table. Once there, the warband will begin a campaign of Hatred against any Chaotic or Evil units & also be subject to animosity & stupidity.

Subject to Frenzy if enemy units contain followers of Slaanesh.

83: The Proh'Ton of Egon

Learned in the ways of Egon in defeating incorporeal spirits, and with the ectoplasm slime stains to prove it, the character can emit a stream of Proh'Ton energy at will, capable or defeating ghosts and other undead spirits. Any creature subject to Instability must make an immediate test if they come within 4" of the character. Note that if two characters with this gift come within 6" of each other then their Proh'Ton beams become crossed and must take d6 S4 hits. They may then not use this gift again during the current game.

84 - Eight Bit

The characters skin, hair, clothing and equipment change to primary colours only. The model must be stripped of it's paint and re-painted using only gloss enamel paint with little or no shading and highlighting.

85 - Sixteen Bit

This chaotic attribute is similar to 84 - Eight Bit but with shading and highlighting allowed. However the points value of the character is now doubled in cost.

86 - Tape to Tape Clone

The power of the warp seems to be able to produce an near infinite supply of clones of the character, however each is slightly less material than the last and prone to visual flickering, curious moments of enforced silence, and other glitches.

The player may have any number of clones but each clone loses 1 from a randomly determined characteristic. Subsequent clones are cloned from the previous clone so will have the same reduced characteristic as their parent along with a new one. Once a clone is produced with W0, the cloning process fails and no more clones may be produced.

87. Bare forearms

No matter what he wears, the champion's forearms will remain bare from now on. Any armour will lose it's forearm protection and any clothing worn will see the sleeves slide up to his elbows.

1. "He was a Mongoloid": Loses 3 from INT, model becomes subject to stupidty.
2. "I'm a Mechanical Man". Character becomes a robot. Armour save increases by 1. -1 M. +1 to S. Electrical attacks cause a stupidity test.
3. "Snake eyes, 4 corners, 90 degree angles, Blockhead!" Character's skull becomes a cube. Gains an extra sharp-cornered headbutt attack at S. Can't wear a magic helm.
4. "Are you experienced?" Character carries a stringed instrument and wears a red headband. Gains a level but subject to stupidty (addiction!), on a failure character stops and watches the stars.
