Newly painted shields. Don't know if its just me but I find painting shields to be very relaxing!

Nothing special just more rank and file skaven. Did try to batch paint them to try and speed up my painting to try and help me complete all the units I've still to paint. So was a case of sticking to limited colours and mixing it between all the figures so 3 browns for the fur and 4 main colours for the cloth/bags etc.

Movement tray finished and unit done. Bit of a cheat as most of the unit was already painted but still a unit finished and lets face it there's nothing like a fully painted unit.

Started work on my new stormvermin unit. Gone for a very light brown on these 3 instead of pure white/albino. Think it works and will look good as a complete unit.

Not exactly painting but a necessary job. I needed some more shields so dusted off the moulds and mixed up some resin so should keep me stocked for a while.

Miscounted and need 7 of these but had an hour this evening to work on my Stormvermin shield design. Very similar to the previous version just change of colours and added the symbol above the eyes.

Finished off another 6. Mixed up the fur colour to add some variety to the unit and added some of the completed shields to those that needed one.

Treated myself and decided to paint the champion for the Stormvermin unit. Another attempt at OSL it sort of works . With him finished I'm now halfway through the unit.

Nice! Love the zigzad pattern on clothes and verdigris effect on that helmet. And OSL works really well me thinks.
