I’m really enjoying the Knights and Magick range he is from - I’ve a few left to do

Marauder - MM73/3 Hound 2 Standing

I'm a fan of those Marauder hounds. They make pretty convincing S4 warhounds for Mordheim Witch Hunters warbands. Mine are painted black and tan like supersized Rottweilers.

With those fangs they definitely fit the part. I think I like these marauder hounds more than actual Mordheim ones. They were a bit over the top for my liking, one having an eyepatch and whatnot.

I like that archer sculpt, not one I've seen before. Very nice update, like the dog patchwork pattern. I really should try to get a few more animals and accompanying characters.

Yes! many of their sculpts are full of character. Somewhat crude as they are early, but lovely lumps of lead. I’ve got a few more I’ll have to paint soon!

Quite unfortunately life outside of the hobby has kept me busy for much of this year. However it seems I’m starting to find a bit more time to paint as well as the motivation!
Lots of Conan coming up on my playlist gave way to the thought of painting up a barbarian type for a dungeon crawl, so without rambling much here’s my Oldhammer contribution for now. Loads more to come eventually!

Nice contribution! I like adding the colour with the weapons/shield counterpoint the acres of flesh. I really must remember to paint my weapons more often, so much more interesting than "wood" browns and metals.
