More progress on the head/face , the tricky part is to keep him almost expressionless , because fishes are cold as ice , so too much agressivity of whatever will make him look to "human".
I've go for small thin sharp teeth , deep fishes style , instead of big fangs wich in my opinion are a bit out of place on this case....

I'll get a first batch and hope for a discount on my gunhorned mino from 2nd batch .

Yes , my stimate is something about 20 of each , I mean Space Mino , Piscean and Fimir Lord , no matter how , it can be 60 Fimmir and 0 '0 piscean and minos , lol

But certainly to reach the goal will be great in terms of "future" because then I could produce variants on a very short time than starting something totally from scratch , they could be cheaper ,specially for those who already bought the first ones ,
and will help players to create squads with different looking models.

And also will open the door for Zoats, more minotaurs, Ambull ,Space Beastmen.....
