Agreed - can we see it from a different angle though? From this angle it looks like the "neck"*** needs bulking up.

(***biologist's disclaimer - of course I realise that fish don't actually have necks, even alien ones... ;) )

Do tell! Originally I thought they were sections of wound guitar strings...this latest picture disproves that idea though.

I've got LOTS of old guitar strings... ;)

Well it's just a theory but I think he must be winding thin wire around a cylindrical object to get the basic shape and then removing the object leaving a sort of spring. After that it's a matter of coating it with the sculpting medium - I would have to try it myself before I know anything more. I would try with Green Stuff, perhaps liquid GS might be useful here. I am sure he has a better way to coat it though.

Good stuff!

The reworked version is on the right track, but I have to say that on the first version, I though you were going for a more "catfish" kind of creature, which also seemed pretty good to me! Anyway, with the sculpting skills you are showing, where you go, I follow! :mrgreen:

It will be great to see it with the teeth done. Look forward to it being completed, I always liked the Piscean Warrior and my one is lonely sitting on the shelf by himself :(

So, the minotaur is done, Fimir seem pretty complete...the piscean warrior is coming along nicely. Any rough guess on when I can buy them? ;)

I second this question, also how about making some Chaos Squats.. whats not to love heh

this is something I have been pondering a bit lately...if I had the sculpting skills...or money to hire some one... :roll: ...I would love to produce Chaos Squat Versions of my favorite Chaos Renegades....much like the way many Marauder MM90 Chaos Dwarfs were modeled after Chaos Warrior Sculpts. I think that would be absolutely GENIUS! The lack of power armor Chaos squats is fairly depressing...
