Cheers guys!

I think 12 is more then enough hehe

Yes, these are from Warhammer Quest set as, at the moment, I'm painting all those starter monsters and heroes/warriors. We did play the game with unpainted just to try it out and I must say that the game is very interesting and fun, just like Blood Bowl. They made pretty solid games I think and they back them up with advanced rules and all.

Must say, miniatures wise I'm most impressed with door frame sculpts

Absolutely, those doors are class.

WHQ is a fun game. Rules wise though I am more keen on Advanced Heroquest, it just feels a bit less restrictive hack-and-slash.

HeroQuest looks like lot of fun and Advanced one looks even better since it's got modular corridors and all if I'm not mistaken. On my list for sure.

Will try to get better photos.

Giant Bats are done. Giant Spiders are next.

^Heroquest is enormous fun. And even if the corridors aren't technically modular, there's enough small inserts to make things fairly flexible; walls, doors, rubble piles, stairs, and so forth. (And who doesn't love the dungeon furniture?)

Yes, it does goes toward video games or video games toward HeroQuest? hehe Did like HeroQuest for PC.

As all miniatures that I've painted for WHQ are in the alcohol ( I didnt like them as I rushed ) getting ready for stripping I decided that I should repaint Undeads. Did put 5th ed Skeletons aside as I sourced few old boxes of 3rd/4th edition ( those 25mm Skeletons ) and I also sourced few other Undead minis so that being said, I started painting small Undead army

First are, you've guessed, Morley's zombies. Missing shields and the banner but that would come soon I hope.

Beatiful work! I've never rated those Morley's zombies (I sold mine as I couldn't stand them), but you've made them shine 8-)

Cheers Tex!

I love these Zombies even thou they're mostly kitbash. I think Morely did all Zombies in 2 months top. My estimate of course. I like them because they look like Zombies. Various weapons and gear as shields, chain mail, helmets,.. There's almost no gore and big plus there are not half naked.

Kicking strongly with expected Morley. I hope I'll paint my Undead army this year. Shouldn't be problem since I don't have too many Undeads.

Waiting for Coat D'arms goblin green.

Quick photo of my Blood Angels. Terminators and Scouts are stripped. They're waiting for better days hehe

I might put Vindicare assassin in this lot so they'll be around 1520 pts.

I don't think I'll bother too much whit these because once I paint my 3rd edition Chaos army I'll toss these in stripper ( not on one hehe ) and paint them over again in 2nd edition appearance so I can have proper fight with 2nd edition Tyranids that also waiting for better days.

But I think this year I'll paint 5th edition Undead ( practically 3rd, 4th and 5th edition Undead minis that came out before Vampire Counts 5th edition army book ) with occasional 3rd edition Blood Bowl and Warhammer Quest with monsters of level 1 and others ( I'll see what miniatures I've got so far ).

Blood Angels ( maybe I'll put banner or two and some chapter markings, I think it's fair thing to do )

Undead

What a lovely bunch. Just start to overhaul them in sense, goblin green bases with yellow drybrush. Some miniatures are missing as I didn't rebase them or I toss them in stripper ( Like Chariots and Horseman ). Next are shields and banner for Zombies. If I don't make them now, I think they got same faith as Blood Angel banners and markings hehe

Looking forward to see where this Undead army goes! Some good stuff in there - always liked those Gary Morley mummys (I know they're not everybody's cup of tea, but I think they're fun sculpts)

Cheers guys!

There are some neat minis that I'm about to paint. I like Morley stuff in general, good thing is that Undead and 3rd edition BB is mostly Morley hehe

The army shots look great, glad to see a couple of trees survived the great purge ;)

The undead take me back, I had quite a large 4th edition undead army. If I ever make a significant dent on my existing lead pile and locate a spare wall (alas all my rooms seem to have the conventional four walls) for another display case I might see if my brother still has them and I can pinch them back! That said I think I might have a few of that generation of mummies still floating about in blisters somewhere.

Cheers!

Will use rest of the trees I got for scenery since that flock isn't colour matched with battle mat. Would be lovely to see your army even if some of them are in blisters

Did six shields yesterday and I've try to do banner for Zombies but... Well, I should change my nick name from Loose Loser to Banner Less ( so it sounds like a name ). Really, I'm completely rusted and I've been for long time. No banner until I catch grip with drawing painting.

So, six quick shields so that I can move on to Skeletons.

EDIT : I mean, who couldn't love these Zombies? Look at the faces and all those cloths and armour. Real zombies, and they look very close to realism, just like those mummies, bandages, they look really realistic on most parts. Spot on, mix of realism and most GW illustration at that time.

Couldn't leave Zombies banner less because from experience, if they won't have one now, they never will.

Also repainted Horsemen, that brownish one was eyesore really. This one isn't better by any means.
