It's always been pot luck. I've had orders within a couple of weeks at the same time as I know others have been waiting six months or more. Seems to depend on what they actually have in stock.

Not really... still pot luck I'd say. Sorry, I'm just bitter because they're still ignoring me, even though my approach remains polite and positive... perhaps that's where I'm going wrong.
