April? mmm still something annoying with her lack of customer feedback. only dealing with stuff when it 'suits'....

I was getting on fairly okay with Sam until she just dropped all communication... I had helped get things into gear, even if in a small way. I was even offering and willing to help with some issues but... yeah.. she really needs to get back into gear and atleast commutate.

Right now, I'm gonna say, until she starts that, it's a bit iffy at the moment with what is going on.

So moral of this story is for customers to order via Paypal for added protection?
All very disappointing and bad customer service, why not follow up of earlier comms and explain her own situation? They have only burnt more bridges with their customers… 🤔

Just thought I'd share my experience with eoeorbis/BTD.

I placed an order last November thinking, "Surely they have caught up with the backlog of orders by now." By the end of April, the window for reclaiming my money from PayPal was nearing its end. Since I had given up hope of getting my order, I filed a claim.

The same day, Sam from eoeorbis replied, apologizing that I had to wait so long and explaining that she had been very ill with a respiratory infection. Since she's the only one working right now, they are even further behind on orders.

Two weeks later, my package of goblins arrived! So, there seems to be some activity going on at least. I just wish I'd ordered more than just 21 gobbos.

Thanks for that. As ever communications - or rather the lack of - being the core issue. Still at least we know there is some activity, not that it helps Raedwald with his two year old order!

I wonder if they are just working on the stuff they have stock for. Maybe Sam doesn't have full access to the Shopify platform or something to update it? Still I fear as word gets around they are going to struggle to regain any trust. Such a shame.

I would love to get some of their marching dwarf handgunners to turn my three into a whole unit, but ... I read this thread and think I will hold off.
