World Building

I was going to post this little fella over on my Undead thread, but he's more terrain than terrifying so he can go here instead. Not a very oldhammer miniature, in fact a print. Still quite a fun few minutes of painting. I can't quite remember if I've already posted it somewhere else on the board. So apologies if that is the case. Still the camera was out today and so I snapped him.

Looking at it now I should probably add some dirtying down on it really to make it a bit more terrain-y
 
Great work enhancing the dwarf fort on previous page! Original was not bad as such, but it definitely looks like a whole different piece with some additional details and repainting. Also digging the little scene you set up with dwarfs hanging out on patio, especially little guy enjoying a pipe of tobacco, just admiring the view. Taking a breather from hectic life to relax and truly appreciate the beauty around you is great. Doing this whilst sitting on a pile of goblins is priceless.

I also think skeleton looks really nice as is, well and truly bleached under the sun and picked clean by carrion birds.
Might not be your thing to add on bases but I think some wildflowers would add splash of colour and give a nice contrast on rather grim piece of scenery?
