Ooh . . . this is going to be interesting. So many possibilities for a carousel in a haunted city full of haunted things!
Thank you. I hope by the time I'm done it'll be haunted enough for Mordheim.

Fun ^_^ I'm sure that's gonna look great when finished
Thank you. :)

Workshop: Construction of the 'Ruins of Mordheim' modular table, part 53.
The next step was to enclose and close the module in such a way as to hide the mechanism on the one hand, and not to hinder access on the other. And so I decided to fix the plate with neodymium magnets.

ah, that makes much more sense. I haven't seen photo diodes like that but i don't deal with them alot as most stuff i use which needs to check light has a solar panel so you can just double up ^_^

Coming along nicely. must be nice to have the room for this kinda thing.
Thank you. Yes, I have a small attic to myself. It's hot in summer, cold in winter - but that's a small price to pay. ;)

Workshop: Construction of the 'Ruins of Mordheim' modular table, part 55.

After pouring and partially drying the putty gypsum, I scratched cobblestones in it, and from the column of skulls from HQ Resin and undead horses from Mantic I started to build a merry-go-round..

This is going to be fabulous! It should make a great centerpiece of almost any table you put it on. Mind you, the chaos gateway thing and the city gate will make stiff competition, but . . . I'm loving this!

Why do i picture an undead Mr Rusty nearby?
What undead? Dear townspeople, this is quite a normal carousel. ;)

Yes of course. Who wouldn't want to ride a carousel? ;)

Workshop: Construction of the 'Ruins of Mordheim' modular table, part 56.

I built a roof of the carousel with coffee stirring sticks, to which I attached LED lanterns, and the whole thing was connected by columns made of plastic pipes braided with wire, to which I glued birch seeds imitating leaves..

Thanks for comment. You will have to wait a little longer for painting. I'm waiting for the construction of two more modules, and then adding details. But the work continues!

I decided to decorate the edges of the roof with bits from Games Workshop.
