nice. I know the staff but where did you chop the horns from?

Same place as the staff. Has 4 horns and I was able to snip off enough of the top 2 to pin them and then greenstuff the bottom parts.

Managed to get him finished and glued to the bell. Now just have to work out a model for the bell ringer.
