That does sound interesting, the 7tv stuff is pretty nice but I've never managed to put a game together so a fantasy Warband game might be just on the money.

Done a trial fit on my half Orc and just deciding if I should pin the limbs before I start fine fettling and assembly; castings are very good with virtually non-existent mould lines or flash 
Next I'll work out a colour scheme so I can plough straight in with the painting once I've decided on slotta base or dungeon floor base.....

I know we were doing solo characters but Erny's discussion of the other world rules made me think all warbandy so I started these two yesterday

I should do shouldn't I? I have to admit to being a bit pragmatic about that kind of thing. If the part glues together then cool, if it's being a pig and doesn't want to stay or if it's flimsy then I'll pin it.
@snicket - I reckon the mean looking guy with the axe is a poor lesser knight ( his armour is too good for a man at arms) that The Lord Pu'del has sent along to keep an eye on his young son. The guy with the lamp is a family retainer, sent along to carry stuff
