Painted something beyond Epic mini's...I may be finally starting the great Nurgle Army I've planned since 1994!

I could hvae played Hamlet...Thespian Plaguebearer (and have 8 more traditional types that just need basing).

Ok I've had this mini for years but afraid to paint it...think a decent enough jobs been done for Papa Nurgles favorite Deamon!

Nice, I like the downturned horns. Make the model look quite different. The more olive/brown colours make a nice change from the familiar greens as well.

The chaos dwarves just up-thread are brilliant. Some great models in that squad.

The olive skin was created by base coat of dark read, dry brushed to hell with various shades of light grey down to white then washed with Plaguebearer Fleash contrast...really happy with the results

Finished the unit, 14 Chaos Dwarfs with kit bashed standard. Now for 21 with hand weapons and shield (7 or multipoles of 7 being the number of Nurgle). Please note I am not building a Nurgle Army...well hadn't planned on building one, just grabbed some minis to take on holiday to paint and kind of grew from there

Thanks...am really happy with them. The banner was a struggle, started out as a flies head and mutated as I messed it up

For the record I am not painting a Nurgle Army...ok I might be :p The first 5 Chaos Dwarfs with hand weapons and shields plus Caroline Mucus, the Green Priestess of Nurgle.
