Found this pic of a Dwarf Runesmith I once painted...boy has he saved my army from pesky magid in his time!

All of this lot is really pleasing to the eye, painted with the detail and warmth of character illustrations. Love it.

Found these pics recently first of all 20 Thunderers, painted with an intentional Napoleonic feel t them!

Secondly some Slayers that almost always die to missile filre when used and never heroically in combat, sigh...

that's a lovely unit of thunderers. at least the troll slayers stop them from getting shot up.

As it Gnomevember I thought I'd better get painting!!! Gnome pike block

They have Strength 3 so no more an issue than your average human....and having pointy sticks of doom help as they've only got toughness 2, which is the real issue with gnomes!

Indeed its the Baron, lovely mini whose certainly seen action a few times as my general!

A few minis missing but 52 of the 54 minis I managed to paint in 2022...not a bad haul really and thanks to Jamie Loft of Old School Minitures for setting up the yearly painting challange on Facebook as it certainly helps get more figures table ready!
