Well, its been twentyfour hours since my post went up on the challenage blog, so I'm free the show you what I've been daubing over in February - more archers and once I did those I splashed paint over a few samurai and am currently gracing a few horse with a touch of colour.

Is a spear a fruit or a vegetable? They seem pretty starchy, but I suppose they have a lot of fiber and a good bit of iron at that.

These are amazing! I don't think I've ever actually seen somebody actually do a "Men of the Orient" army before, it's quite dazzling. Love the back banners.

Thanks for the very kind comments guys, after painting these I can well understand why Nippon isn't a popular arena - all those individual dots of colour to indicate the lacing of the armour - seriously, considering taking a break after this challenge

The last couple of months has not been easy, but I got to the end of the OWAC, unfortunately until my army is published I can't show you the finished army, so here's a few figures I've sploshed a coat of paint over this weekend - Demons!







I'm usually not so prudish, but the poses are quite graphic, so only the backs for now you can see them at next years BOYL with the rest of the harem, sorry horde!

That’s the stuff of nightmares! Who makes the miniature (if you know) I don’t recognise it as citadel? Also supremely jealous that you have that giant c29 demon. He’s on my list at some point but he’s not a cheap purchase these days…
