Fimm's painted models

I'm sure that's what Graeme remembers, but let's not forget that accounts of what happened 20+ (when he gave the interview) are a bit blurred. Plus he was giving an account from his perspective as writer. I suspect Nick might give another story. Unfortunately the only time I have met Nick Bibby was at Bryan Ansell's wake and it didn't seem appropriate to badger him with questions about Fimir. He's quite a private, shy man I believe (so when you put both of us together in a room it gets doubly shy, quite and awkward!). It may also be that the background Graeme had selected for the Fimir meant that management didn't really want him touching it again...

yep. Some seam to say the one problem with the 40mm base is they aren't strong enough to deal with the pile-on issue of having a large base size but.. I think that sometimes is a matter of personal taste.

Indeed, many oldhammerers seem to worship Rick Priestly but when watching an interview with him a while back he made a number of statements that are demonstrably untrue. But people will then quote that as gospel.
People are people, and have people memories, and people bias.

Thanks

How about some mounted vampires? Teutonic Knights always feel kinda spooky.

Where does all this come from?

The idea comes from I find Teutonic Knights creepy and there was a book on King Arthur I had as a kid where Mordred as an evil knight was in a Teutonic helm. The miniatures are Crusader.
