So my umm..er first choice of wagon is umm... now in the hands of someone else I've had to choose a new ride for my Dorfs

Honestly I don't think I could have done justice to the Gobsmashaby converting it anyway plus this new wagon is just plain bad ass NR2 Stinger from Ramshackle

Pretty sure that one was on my list of recommended rides it does look the business, and the Gobsmasher has gone to someone who is guaranteed to treat it right (and by 'right' i mean not converting it to a smelly dorf mobile. Greenskinz4lyfe ).

Now get painting! I expect a charming pink and black high gloss spectacle in front of my eyes within the week!

The Stinger is an excellent choice of vehicle for this, as are a number of the Ramshackle vehicles. The Stinger is a nicer model than the Gobsmasha anyway, but with less retro kitsch appeal.

I cant remember what this Ramshackle vehicle is called (and I dont think that I assembled it as it was intended, not that it matters) but I always liked its Mad Max-iness.

The Ram Stoat is a good choice for DR40k too I think.

Im looking forward to seeing what you come up with Chico

If i can get 8 drivers confirmed on the grid I'll be a happy chap. Currently streamlining the rules so that a big game with lots of players will be feasible if it occurs. In other words welcome aboard

This is fantastic to hear! And quite flattering
If you let me know within the next couple of months how many of you there are then i can arrange a second session for you and your group. I'm thinking no more than 8 players per game to
avoid slowing things down too much.

I'm sorry I can't be there.

I did for a moment cosider making something and sending it to Crooks to take with him, but I have been too focussed on finishing Dwarfs so my anvil doesn't get melted.

Perhaps next time.

Here we go.

Metal chassis, with the bonnet ground down to flatten it for the air intake for the supercharged engine.

I just found out it's only one primary weapon so I cant use the flamer (dammit). The twin miniguns will have to do.

Will need a tonne of work, but that's the core.

The flamer could always count as a napalm dropper. The rules are still subject to change - i might make a small flamer an optional upgrade. Or you could just attach it for looks

I would have thought that a forward facing flamer would be a bad idea on a racing vehicle.

I had the same thought but imagined it like a high pressure chemical hose that ignites after contact. Or something. They had flame throwers on cars in The Road Warrior so I have a decent precedent
