I expect Chaos Androids will come back at some stage. Much of what GW does today is mining the past for ideas.Necron was a rubbish attempt at the Chaos Androids anyway
Rogue trader era has space undead. Zombies, Vampires, androids (skeletons) etc.. not totally original but much better than the dull generic Egyptian stuff which was base in fashion at the time they made Necrons and Tomb King stuff ^_^I expect Chaos Androids will come back at some stage. Much of what GW does today is mining the past for ideas.
I do remember that but I thought that was 3rd Ed already. Now I know better! The destroyer had a datafax & flayed some Sisters of Battle in a battle report.
Yes, you're right! The German translation of the guns was some of the weirdest technobabble ever, while the clip-on weapons were obvious. Stil, nooo, that's no rocket launcher, that's a plasmolytic roboticorial or whatever. And in that set all the aliens were robots, the space marine guns just deactivated them, cos killing stuff bad.

You are correct. Wild Boyz (orcs) & Ogryns (ogres) in the 1st edition books used WFB miniatures as-is.I presume the intent of the Codex Army Lists was that players would use their WFB orcs for the wildboys mob. Were wildboyz in the 1st ed. Ork hardbacks, and if so what form did they take? (I never had the Ork books, but my schoolfriend David did!)
