Fsck yarp, the pieces have all been glued together! Not that anyone but me cares...

So, this is what five boxes of Deadzone Scenery Upgrades + one Defence Line bag can be turned into. I have several more buildings I want to make, so I'll order more boxes eventually. First, these will be painted and gamed with.

Bottom right shows the left overs. I'll take a few more pics and post a little article on the blog on how I stretched my kit to make the most of it. I had a few genious ideas if I may say so myself. All in all, very happy. Can't wait to get a game board out and do a test setup.

Currently in the process of priming everything up but here's a shot of a test piece. One single bone white drybrush pass, then picked out a few spot colours. Railings will have yellow "trim" and black/metallic rails. Same on ladders. This goes for all pieces in the set. Spot colours (red in this piece) will be varied between pieces or groups of pieces.

Will paint in metallics and remaining yellow and then do a light wash of raw umber, some sponging dark colours and then drybrush again. Might do a final (very light) drybrush pass with flat white when everything else is in place.
