I've just had delivery confirmation from UPS- so the master figures will be at home waiting when I get back at 6, ready for photographing. On Ass's suggestion they will be presented old-school-catalogue-style, as well as display-cabinet type shots. Very excited now, the day can't go soon enough!

Just curious, but the black wash won't affect there ability to be used as molds, will it?

They look great all cast up. I'll buy some when this pay check clears methinks.

Just a thought but what about the heads and tails being sold as extras? They'd attach we'll to plastic savage orcses. A la mr Saturdays guys.

At the moment because of how the figures are distributed through the moulds it would be expensive to sell just heads and tails- I'd be left with a lot of spare bodies! When they go into full production though it will be worth looking at these options to see how the production moulds get laid out.

They look good all next to each other for scale, 2 things.. first the Woody looks much smaller then i expected and my new guess for the mystery sculpt is a Jabberwocky

The Woldlouse isn't that small... he's just broad rather than high!

I'll have to do a comparison with a normal figure, the Myeri themselves are pretty big.

And Jabberwocky eh? That's not too far shy of the mark, I'll give you that!

ooooohhhh I cant wait to get my hands on these - I dont suppose you have any plans to cast up the Marsh chariot from your blog? (or something quite like it, obviously you have already painted that one ) I particularly like the Gelfkin creatures pulling it - they are very unique - I would love to be able to buy some one day...

The chariot itself it a very simple outline cut from MDF with metal rod and solder woven through for wickerwork, not that hard to reproduce. The Gelfkin came from a 20mm Grenadier Orc Cart, no idea what it is! I took a silicone mould and produced three duplicates to pull the chariot with the original. I guess we'll have to see how the range goes, I have a set of Gnomes, Gnolls, Fae and Boggarts planned for the new year. Business on the Myeri front is good, only 6 more sets to sell before the mould costs are paid off so don't stop spreading the word!

Thanks for the details Fimm, looks like I am going to have to add grenadier orc cart creatures to my ever growing list of 'wants'...

The Gnomes, Gnolls, Fae and Bogarts sound very interesting, I shall be watching closely...

Four days left to get your orders in for Marsh Demons, I'll be emailing he foundry with the list on monday. Remember, whilst this might not be the last time the 'mystery figure' crops up it will be the only chance to get one for free!
