Continuing on the Khorne front from last year here's the chaos champion with horns who had lost his sword blade with a double headed axe substitute. I'm not really happy with the position of the axe but it is in a hole bored through his hand so pain to fix. What do you think?

And another Chaos Dwarf Scarsol Skullsmasha in Khornate colours so he can go in the Khorne warband. I'm definitely warming to these stunties for once this mini didn't have anything for me to fix.

I also finished a Nurgle Champion this month and entered him in the paint a/some mini(s) a month challenge on the Oldhammer Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=oa.2058877590860851&type=3

Nice and suitable colour scheme on both of them. The different areas are seperated good from each other. If you ask what could be improved I would add a bit more contrast. A bit more shading and some highlights would increase the contrast and would allow a better resolution of the miniature.
Looking forward to you next miniatures.
Kind Regards,
GeOrc

Thanks for the comment shading I usually manage but tend to under do highlighting and the camera doesn't help to be honest!

I decided my next project would be a Slaaneshi warband with a diffference they will all be mounted or be the equivalent. so the leader will be a cross of a beast of slaanesh and a human some will be centaurs others cavalry on a variety of mounts maybe even horses(!)

So first up a pair of armoured centaurs which are a combination of a chaos centaur body and a chaos knight torso.

A dark elf cold one rider, the cold one had a broken leg and the rider a broken weapon, so meets my philosophical position of only using broken or parts in my minis (mm that banner poles a bit skeewiff)

After a bit of a gap a new recruit. Following my policy of only using broken or incomplete minis I give you Hector the Headless, human, relocated head (chest) and face of a pink horror. He came to me with no head and a skull face decorating his chest plate so I tried sculpting a pink horror face and here he is. No idea who the manufacturer was as his tab was missing. Thanks Paul, I've got plenty to keep me going and I make an exception for modern oldhammer like Diego and Tim Prow's minis.

It's mostly sculpted, there was a flatish skull moulded on the breast plate which I used as a guide for greenstuff with some greenstuff balls on his former neck.

As promised more repairs. I've continued with the Champions of Chaos pre slottas I have without heads Ulrik Bloodletter and Goron Widowmaker, They are really rather characterful minis. I've also found some Dark Eldar Gsargoyle wings for this earlier version. As always comments and criticism encouraged.

I still haven't made up my mind on basing the pre slottas except that I'm not going to try to remove the base, a method that preserves the base model will be my preferred choice just don't know which.

Yet another pre slotta chaos warrior but this time not a damaged one. I found Uthmog Elvenblade or better known as Harry the Hammer in the leadpile and couldn't resists having a go.

Always great to see more recruits gather Inchmurrin . i like the shields a lot and the strange flying creature! would be great to see more of them gathered in single photos one day, i can imagine them on a cold Northern damp and misty field. the bright shields would make a good contrast with the sodden moss. looking forward to more of your wicked beasts.
