Man, I hate seeing that 'Eavy metal page. I'd much prefer that skeleton over the "bigger than a living man" one I have tons of. Ha, kind of like how different the models in space crusade were, with the prototypes shown.
Harry, I just posted some of my own HQ shenanigans on my blog.Harry":1fqot31t said:OK ... this thread has caused me to dig out a set of Heroquest to have another go at.
I hate you all.
(Not sure when ... I have a few projects on the go already.)

I'm curious if he has a plastic variant or if he just did a conversion to get near the metal prototype in appearance. Could someone with a better grasp of french than "fromage" ask?

Yeah, it's no question a plastic version (just look at the wings, dead give away). Just wondering if there (possibly) was a different plastic version. Not very likely with the costs of plastic tooling, 3-up sculpting and so on...Citadel Collector":gos10ljw said:mbh":gos10ljw said:If I had to bet, I would say he has the metal version.
Come on guys, haven't you ever played "spot the difference"I'd say he has a plastic version but he's converted the whip and sword. Either that or he's converted a metal version to look a bit more like the plastic one
