This is.
Welcome to the Golden Gobbo painting competition. If you'd like to read some of the ancient history you can on the Realm of Chaos 80s blog.
This competition is held some years and you'll find threads here describing how to enter and when the competition is running (typically after BOYL each year).
Other than the fame and wonderment of your peers there is often a prize kindly donated and you'll have the wonder of being awarded badges for your profile here.

Perhaps salvation is to get one or two...I don't know where my obsession with Jabberwocks came from all of a sudden, didn't care a few months ago. I think I need help. 🤣

Something suitably battered and stolen from the corpse of a Bretonnnian knight or similar, of course.

As Gerhart sounds like a Germanic name, I'll say mahlzeit to him and hope he understands me.
Liar! Your Mahlzeit was totally right and is understood by every GermanMe neither. Welcome!
Welcome to the forum! What you considering painting for the Golden Gobbo?Hello there!
Sorry, kind of wild couple of days at work after I got approved! As @Wilbur the Red said, I learnt recently about the forum and Goldedn Gobbo because of him, so as an oldhammer enthusiast I just had to get in!
Currently debating which miniature to enter, though, as I have a couple that would work well...

A friend of mine gave me a while back most of his old world greenskins army, mainly orcs and goblins, though there were the occasional chaosWelcome to the forum! What you considering painting for the Golden Gobbo?
