Hi guys;

I've recently been working on some old school genestealer hybrids for an upcoming Rogue Trader scenario. Overall I'm really pleased with how they have come out! I hope you like them.

I like the pink & I noticed you didn't carry the color to the magus; are your 3rd/4th gen hybrids going to be lighter as well?

In answer to the question ... yeah; I'll be doing the later hybrids with more human normal tones to show the progression between generations. This will show a contrast with my purestrains (I'll try to post some pictures later) the majority of whom have a far darker pink/mauve flesh tone!! Also due to the limited number of metal models released the different skin colours will allow me to add some variation!

There's 25 different Hybrid figures variations (Including Magi) so there not that limited heh i still haven't tracked them all down :( Look forward to seeing many more from you though.

The Jes Goodwin single piece Hybrids tend to go for the most money and funny enough are the most common. The Bob Olley Magus with Staff 1 tends to be quite rare (Mine has a flat nose sadly :( ) Can't find the Magus with Scanner for a sensible price for love nor money heh.
 
Besides the space hulk plastics, I only have hybrid 1 and 2- got to agree they seem to be the most common...though thankfully I didn't pay through the nose for them.
 
To be honest I prefer the one piece ones as they seem more 'complete' if that makes sense.

I actually loved painting them so I might aim for ten or so hybrids; if not a few more!
 
I replaced many of my Hybrid arms with new Imperial Guard ones as I wasn't a fan of the rather static pose of the old ones. I now have a rather large bag of the arms so if you need some let me know and I'll be happy to trade/sell a few

I need to get those Imperial Army brood brothers knocked up so I have an expendable wall of chaff to defend my purestrains while they stalk into close combat!!
 
These ones I can spare (igirisujin wants a few as well though), I have more but i'm going to keep hold of them for the time being though.
