CVB's Heroquest/Dungeon Crawl

For Zula, I'm pretty sure mixing up some Jes Goodwin wood elves/wardancers could do the trick.
Man Just watch Red Sonja, I just can't remember how many laughs I had with my little brother watching that one :D
 
I may have to create that green light at some point :lol:

What I have seen of it is not very encouraging...though the 2014 Legend Of Conan (starring Arnold, and a direct sequel to the first film ignoring the others) is going to be something!

I have a collected book of Robert E. Howard's Conan stories, brilliant stuff.

I need to check out the wardancer range now...here is my HQ altar, not quite up to the godly standard of that French guy but it will do well enough for me

After A-man's suggestion, I have found the almost perfect representation of Zula, a Marauder Wood Elf, #16 (photo from the wonderful CCM wiki)

Anybody have one to sell? :P

Orcs and goblins in a library...how curious, guess they're talking about "50 shades of green" until your barbarian kicks the door open without knocking, leading to the inevitable ruthless fight, smashing of tables and book destruction. (I'm not even talking about what will happen when the dwarf finds out there's no beer in the room)

Very good greenskins, I'm eager to see your barbarians practice their sweet skills on them.

I do actually have one of these gals. She's destined for my bansideia unit, but not yet painted so if you had a nice swap to offer she could go free from her fimir captors...
 
God, this wizard is so funky I can't help singing with a high voice "you should be daaaancing yeahhhh" or "well you can tell by the way I cast my spells I'm a woman'sman, no time to talk..." you get the idea :D

You kept it simple but the red-grey association works really well. Another one is coming right at you today and this one, you'd better freehand his whole self... 8-)
 
He has a very Saturday Night Dungeon pose alright, and a...let's say "stuck up" facial expression/sneer to boot.

I don't particularly mean to be puerile (again), but there is also the issue of his "package" that is a tad suspicious...I'm thinking rolled up football socks down there :shock:

edit: the Egyptian fellow will be a challenge, thanks :)

Maybe he didn't remove hi sprotection from the last dungeonbowl game :roll:

For the egyptian fellow, I've put the bar so low you don't have to worry, I managed to get a little trip to the emergencies becasuse I didn't hold the cap of the paint tin (I was using humbrol enamels at the time) and got most of the paint in the eye. People were fainting because they thought my eye had bursted or something... :? :oops:
All of this for a contestable result (even thouh I was at my best then):

Just don't hurt yourself in the process and do us some fancy freehand and everything ill be OK :D (and yes, it will be stripped)

Ah, I remember you describing that incident on here before :lol:

I am honoured/ amused (in a nice, healthy way) that I will be the recipient of that mini then!

I once put a meat skewer right through the end of my thumb while removing second hand snotlings from their base...it missed any meaty bits but it looked pretty nasty :P
 
Anyhoo, this nuffy will be the Orc Chieftan.
He has annoying little blotches on him I didn't notice until the close up pic :evil:

It's an icon from one of the modern orc kits I think?

I got a couple of WHFB boar riders cheap on ebay a few years back (because the boars still had their tails)-as I don't own any modern Orc or Orc stuff I'm thinking that's where they are from :idea:
