Hi Guys

Spent some time over the festive period on a new ganger for my Necromunda Escher gang.

Happy New Year!

Painted another couple of figures for my "Astral Conflict" inspired project.

Any one recognise this guy? ;)

And another white armoured Imperial goon, seen here with his buddies

As always there are more pics on my blog including an attempt to get artistic...

Till next time...

He's the "Official" from the Spacefarers line. Mine is a bit more civilian.

Like the look of him fits your esthetic well.

^I suspect Smyrk is making a Star Wars reference. Could be that he's supposed to be Cyril Karn? Not completely sure, but that's my best guess.

Well I will admit that I haven't actually watched any of the recent Disney+ Star Wars material so I didn't even know that character's name!

Basically all the models I've done draw their inspiration from the original trilogy.

Here's a fairly shoddy attempt at incorporating the minis into a scene to give an extra clue.

Thanks

nice work..

I'm gonna try to... not give my Star wars views other then.. first film is stand alone, next two are set in a SLIGHTLY different timeline.. 'prequels' are set in a even more different timeline (they aren't compatable with the first three).. all the modern stuff is... well, completely not compatable with the first three and not even with the prequels or themselves... alot of the time.. the films were such a mess of patch jobs and rewrites, it's a suprise people think much of any of the films to be honest.. but the original three come off okay if you ignore alot of the problems..

So I painted up my final member of the Perennial Sparrow in my "Astral Conflict" inspired project.

He's a robot from Lead Adventure Miniatures, part of the Astropolis range. He came with a couple of other robots with a similar aesthetic and I've painted them up too!

As always more photos and info on my blog.

Till next time...

I never dipped into the Astropolis range but your delightful painting here makes it call to me…

Definitely some cute little bots. That Astropolis range has some great stuff in it, and I think the little blue fellow will make a great companion to the big gold guy. :) Most excellent! I truly do love this project you have going here!

Looks good.. though that Chaos Android is.. a bit bulky for my tastes.. kinda loses the whole 'it's meant to be a sci-fi skeleton' thing.. but not a bad paint job

And now for something completely different.

As a card carrying Servant of Father Nurgle I never imagined that I would be painting Slaaneshi daemons but here we are...

These were painted to match the Keeper of Secrets (painted thirty years odd ago by my brother) in this pic. Or at least as closely as I could manage anyway no longer having many of the paints originally used...

More pics for those that want them on my blog.

Till next time...
