A sight to behold for sure! For one year's tally I'd say you did an excellent job and shouldn't be kicking yourself for "not achieving more".
Wholeheartedly seconding what Eric and chrisgoodone said; you should definitely be proud of yourself!
Now, just one thing to ask... What on earth is that thing nonchalantly crouching besides fences, doing its utmost to blend in with the villagers? A werewolf? Troll?

Ah-ha.
It is a model from Alternative Armies I converted into a werewolf.
The original has a flat faced giant open nostril mush, a bit like Skeletor or a piggy, I was not aware at the time and thought it had a sort of dog nose, alas not. But some greenstuff made it more wolfy.
It will be to do with the Pertwee Farmhouse.

I had a faint memory of reading bit of a teaser you wrote about that and sure enough: On p. 18 of this thread it was.
Cool tidbit of lore, kinda-sorta like a good old fashioned whodunnit... without that obvious butler to blame. Even though it sounds very much like either Johannes or his wife is guilty, my money's on Uli; hairy by nature and, being a dwarf, possibly having a Napoleon complex. Turning into a 3m tall werewolf, doing some barking at the moon and a bit of slaughtering of peeps and cattle would do wonders for such complex, one would think.
Very nice conversion btw! Simple but effective - looks much less like a giant bat sans wings and more like a werewolf now.
