It's a pretty weird mix, that's for sure!
Legs look like 4th ed. Verminlord:

Wings and axe look like 5th ed. Daemon prince kit:

The head looks a bit like the early 2000's 40k Daemon Prince. Does it have the same "metal bit" on the top of the head?:

The torso, is that a converted Verminlord one? The bells look right, but is that centre one a skull as it should be, or another bell? Extra armour added to the left (model left, not screen left
)?
The open hand is annoying me though
I know I've painted it myself. Too many digits for a rat-ogre, not from the same Daemon Prince kit, 40k kit or new plastic kit. Not from the current plastic spawn kit or earlier metal 6th or 5th ed. kits....

Open hand looks to me like the plastic mutant arm from the old mutation sprue..

Thanks guys the hand is plastic off the mutation sprue, the wings are off a blood thirster I think, the axe arm is savage orc and the axe is two chaos warriors axes I spliced together I added all that stuff. The head torso and legs were what I got off ebay [well the bits too as it happens but not at the same time] I happen to have a vermin lord also and you are right the torso and legs are the vermin lord. I couldn't figure that out forever, what threw me off was the head swap and also the back had been modded for wings before I got it and the sockets were there so I added wings so I kept thinking it was some kind of demon prince and couldn't find it in any searches its been buggin me for about a year I tried to search it like ten times. That is the demon prince head, and the skull on the necklace is just painted silver its not a bell. Now all I need is a tail.
