For Sale VERY reluctantly selling my 40k scale titans

Damn indeed, sorry to hear that and best of luck with the sale. Alas it seems our 28mm scale Titan fest might not be, although hopefully at BOYL one day we can do something with mine.

Hope you don't mind, but so everyone can at least enjoy a few photos for posterity I've grabbed a couple off the auction:

Nice paint jobs on them, and love the figures on the bases. Great dynamic pose with the hound. Really sorry you need to sell (and sorry I can't afford to buy!)

Thanks mate.

Are the head & landing pad on the Warlord stock parts? I vaguely recall the like from Epic scale. The basing is great. The eagle on the landing pad looks particularly fine.

I hope they find a deserving home. Best of luck.

The head I got on eBay - it’s produced by one of the later Armor Cast modellers according to Solegends - and the landing pad is from an American shop called ‘Battle Castings’ that sell a few Titan-like models and accessories that I got about four years ago. Much appreciated.

Funny footnote about selling on ebay - firstly, try and find the price you'll pay for this promotion service:

'General

90% more visibility, on average.
  • Show in more visible places across eBay
  • Auctions saw 30% more bidders and 40% more bids, on average*
  • Only pay when your item sells
*Comparing promoted to non-promoted auctions. Results may vary. Internal eBay data (Jul 2024 – Aug 2024).'

No price? Also note the use of data from one month in 2024 to make it look good!

OK so click the {i} for more info to find the cost and...:

'Promoted Listings with a general strategy

General

A cost-per-sale solution that gives your listings basic access to ad placements across eBay, boosting the visibility of your listings over non-promoted items.

Basic access to ad placements

Basic access means listings will be included in ad placements across eBay, helping you reach more buyers than you can with non-promoted listings.

Great for accelerating sales

Helps accelerate sales on listings with moderate competition. Consider using the general strategy to promote a wide range of inventory as you pay only when an item sells.

Pay per sale

You’ll pay an ad rate only when your item sells. The ad rate is a percentage of the total sale amount (including price, postage, taxes and fees).'

I love that the designer put an {i} for information but omits any further information, like putting a number on th epercentage they charge...
