Trollslayer Banner missing components?

What is supposed to hang beneath the troll? I've seen a book and some sort of an honor wreath in various examples. I have looked through my bits and do not see either of these items.

I don't think there's anything missing as such, but troll slayer banners are ripe for conversions and additions so lots of people stuck other stuff on.
I may be wrong, but a more venerable sage will be along shortly to correct me if so!

I converted my own banner bearers and chained on various skulls & bodies of enemies!
