Treasure find

I would love to hear / read that essay. Next week I'm attending a check up as a stem cell donor in a town near the treasure trove. I try to hop on there and get somemore old lead.

Long have we all dreamed of stumbling across that hobby store that's never visited and find pristine boxes likes this.

Get as much as possible, I'm sure people here will clean you out if you sell them on at cost. Anything pre-1991 is bound to sell at once at the right price.

I'd take a chimera and a marauder hydra, any marauder dwarfs or chaos dwarfs, or any marauder dark elf doom steeds they may have :grin:
 
I'd love any old (1980s) ogres or trolls, although am in the USA so a long way to ship!

Good on you for stem cell donation, hope it goes well.

You bring up a good point, and I think that as a courtesy, anyone who buys things from his trip ought to try to combine shipping and redistribute as much as possible. That way he's not dealing with the hassle if mailing out 30 packages.
 
I'm recently on a bit of a scifi binge - so anything Rogue Trader or early 2nd edition is of particular interest for me. That, and Osrim Chardz... and an original Lichemaster. Get a few citadel sheep while you're at it too.
 
What a find! If you're still happy to take additions to a shopping list, I'd take a marauder chimera and one each of as many different 80s citadel beastmen they might have, please. Oh, and if they have one of these Kev Adams hill trolls I'd really like one :ugeek:

My advice for what it's worth :
- go to your shop with a wheelbarrow
- buy anything oldhammer you an see (aim for the rarest and most sought) till your credit card actually bleeds or your wife sends a lawyer.
- come back home and make a nice list of this and put it n the forum
- put your sunglasses on and sit in your sofa
- open your laptop and watch your paypal account explode (when your lady asks "what are you doing?" please answer "K-ching honey, K-ching" with your sunglasses still on)
- then when the frenzy ends, remove your sungalsses and store them in a safe place and get to your painting table as usual.

Oh and keep us in mind when you send the bill ;)

Yeah, I am sure that between this forum and eBay you'd be able to get rid of it all! (Although I appreciate it would be quite an effort to catalogue and then sell/mail out).

I know they have a shrinkwrapped version of the first blood angel army box. Any interest in that heavy box of lead?
