Thanks. I’m using the Foundry skin triad except for the barbarians. They are Army Painter Fanatic Barbarian Flesh, Riekland Fleshshade then Barbarian Flesh again. I haven’t picked a highlight yet.

The ones I’ve used are thin and need a few coats but the flesh triad is my go to for Caucasian skin.

Fanatic paints are my favourite, they seem to have a lot of pigment in them and most I’ve used will cover in 1 coat. Their yellow is the first I’ve ever used that didn’t need 5 or 6 coats.

The knights below were all painted using Fanatic “triads”.

Great job on the barbarians, they are fantastic figures. What are you planning on using them as? I'm very slowly painting a chaos army, using these as the thugs, as I think they work really well for that early 3rd Edition, not too chaotic (and actually current edition sea raiders if I'm being a little controversial!) look. Lovely painting though.

Thanks. I’m going to use them as generic barbarians. I’ll be giving them the same stats as Chaos Thugs but without the Chaos.
