Tilea IC2401 (Campaign#8)

Hearing how you run your campaign is both fantastic and wonderful, and it gives me a little confidence that I'm going in the right direction. Thank you! And hearing about your friend who plays Guidobaldo . . . Oh, magic! I have that friend, I think. Her machinations haven't quite come to the fore yet, but it'll be fun when they do!

That would be good, or maybe behind the scenes on how you record and re-photo the battle reports?
I have been through those I have done before, and by eliminating those 'topics' I came up with this list of options for new special videos ....

1. Tilean Scenery, plus necropolis scenery
2. Riders - new Arrabiatti and (old) Brabanzon figures
3. Pavonans (old and new-ish)
4. Wood Elves (old and new)
5. Arabyans (remember Gedik Mamidous' Sons of the Desert)
6. Various oddities, like choosing and painting figures to match player descriptions and pictures, modelling the granite breaker, etc.

And I shall add to the list ...

7. Methodology of creating bat reps - recording, re-photographin, etc.

I am liking the thought of a big video one scenery. Not one piece is 'special' but it should be interesting nevertheless.

The new Tilea's Troubles video is Special Video 11, concerning the making and painting of scenery for the campaign. Nothing fancy, but plenty of it!

Part 154 of Tilea's Troubles features the swearing of a new order of knights, and the dwarven wizard Glammerscale Hamgorn, as well as a good explanation of events in Campogrotta.

In Part 155 of Tilea's Troubles the arch-lector Bernado considers what can be done about the forever squabbling city states in central Tilea.

Realised your blog and vlog are concurrent now! 😲
You’ve mentioned before about ending the campaign abruptly/without resolution, how far off that point do you think you are?

Yup! The video stories are as new to my players as they are to any viewer!

I think I am still a few years off the end. I have to see through some story lines. Heck, we even have a new player in the process of joining (Lord Totto)! And my boy should get more games in (Iacopo). And I would love the vizconde (David) to get some games in. And the Skaven threat should be seen through to completion. Etc. And so on! (In other words, I am trapped here! Still, a great fun place to be so no complaining.)

^Oh, agreed. And whenever you feel like it I'd love to hear more about how you run your campaign. The little bit you've said so far has been illuminating. It's good for me to realize that the characters and forces have players behind them who need to have fun. (Much as the GM himself needs to have fun.)
