The Young Guard

After the King's Guard, the next most senior regiment in the Warhost of Bosch, is the Young Guard. The name is something of a misnomer, as the regiment is filled with some of the most experienced Dwarven warriors of the army, though the colour of their beards does show they are somewhat younger in age than the King's Guard. The true meaning of the name is that the regiment is led by the youngest of the Bosch brothers, Prince Rikard 'Dick' Bosch, seen here wearing his crown and bearing his grandfather's hammer 'Gor-Grund', which roughly translates to 'wild hammer' in human speech.

Icons and emblems on shields are for parade ground fancy boys... not for the battle shields of true bearded warriors...
