I do know Rabbits are one of the most hated animal of 'pro-life'ers in the USA. I'm not going to make a statement about political matters on either said, but they really HATE Rabbits.
 
Funny though, I just ordered some MoonStone figures (never played the game but some of the figures, while digitally designed, look nice enough) and one of the things that I added and they turned up today was 'Boris the Bunny Summoner' with his three Murder Bunnies. Looked fun ^_^

It would be nice if the company mentioned they were digital sculpts, but I didn't see them say that or anything else, but they are clearly digital sculpts.. for one thing, shall I call it 'perfection'? when something is hand sculpted, it's not perfect. you wouldn't get some surfaces perfectly smooth or stuff in my experience. These imperfections are called 'character' and are in the natural world ALOT. with a digital sculpt, you work REALLY hard to get these in to it and pretty much all (not all but pretty much) don't have that. you will see some details which are far too small for sculpting such perfect lines, an unnatural sharpness etc. Not saying its bad but.. when you start to know what to look for, it's not too hard to see a digital sculpt over a hand sculpt ^_^
 
Got a wood elf, dwarf and an orc from the old fantasy regiments box set off eBay for cheap the other day, they are fun lil minis to paint. Might hunt down some more, they are kinda charming for their age.
 
My Ral Partha order messed up the other month, so re ordered the Zombie Dragon for me Skellybois and grabbed a sprue each of the Victrix foot knights and sergeants to try out. Oh and ordered 100 bases, cuz man needs bases.

Unrelated to Brett's, season four of the Boys is 💩, still better than Alien Earth though.
 
Got my Undead cav and 36 of my Knights back, and convinced my brother into trying out a game, he's not too keen BUT my actual plan is to get my nephews interest, hes autistic and just turned 18 with some dodgy mates and he's just discovered the crusade's, so I'm hoping to get him hooked on toy soldiers and not the 'road man' weed and bike robbing lifestyle that's popular in his area with the yoofs these days.

Gonna keep it simple (have to with my brother, he's fried his brain from partying too much, he makes Ozzy look coherent) and use Brets Vs Brets, 4th ed get you by list at 1000 pts each, no magic or special items. I think 3rd would make his head explode.
 
Victrix foot knight sprue arrived, damn these are the finest foot knights I've seen, waaayy better than the Wargames Atlantic ones. The detail of the chainmail is spot on, tons of extra weapons and one even has optional legs it seems.
Gonna walk my mates doggo then get these built, might be hard getting them on 20mm bases but I'll get it done, somehow. Maybe. 😆

High Elves went insane between 4th and 5th. Every unit had some special ability and no real points increase. White Lions went insane. From pointless two-handed axe elves to a choice of special abilities. One of which (iirc) could stop the enemy fighting back. My dwarfs didn't get an update. So I stick with 4th.

I just realised that I'm doing some real necromancy with this thread, but I've written too much to delete. So, "Mwuh ha ha ha! She lives!" I guess
 
^_^ there was a thing about the High Elves and I think another one of the Elves which had a huge upgrade during 4th after the first army book was released.. there were some notes in WD about it, so that would have probably had some updates like that.
 
Foot sergeants sprue arrived, painting leather armour will make a nice change from heraldry, faster as well.
Nearly finished the foot knights, just need to paint the faces on three and finish the shields.
 
Gutted. I'm sure your wife wants a Dragon though.

Just noticed Ral Partha make Conan and Red Sonja dwarves, I kinda want them.

The dragons annoying to fit together, the wings fit on one end but there's a huge gap at the other end of the contact point and the neck doesn't quite line up either, deffo gonna have to get sculpting later. At least the tail fits and doesn't need pinning. Still excited to get some paint on it though, and my Undead army's just grown by 500 points.
 
Might just send you guys one for Xmas, you gotta use it if it's a gift lol.
My aunt used that logic on me when she got me the Twilight movies, can't stand those yet she still did it on purpose.
