Suggestions for Ian Miller-esque orcs?

does anyone know of a miniatures manufacturer that produces orcs (28mm) as close as possible to those of Ian Miller in this piece:

Some of the Midlam Lost Mountain Orcs have very intricate faces, full of teeth and wrinkles

Its both to be honest - I'm looking for something as close a match to the pic as possible. Those old Harlequin LOTR orcs look pretty good but there aren't too many poses. Might try a few though.
