Successful ID - Rapier gunner

Anyone have a sense of what this is? It infiltrated a lot of orks . . .



Looks like a human sci-fi soldier type. Seems smaller than a 'heroic' (can't we just say - 'bulky?') 28 mm figure.
Fists are clenched side by side below the model's chin.

He is an Imperial Army guy from the Rapier heavy weapon thing that was out years ago.The weapon had four barrels and was on tracks.
