Wow, you are getting better with each one. The crossbow dwarf is my favorite, but this Dragon Elf is really good as well. I knew nothing of this range, nice sculpts! Thank you for the tip!
About washes, that you mentionned, they are absolutely the way to go to paint armies, as opposed to single minis. I painted my High Elf army in a few week with a very simple combination of inks and washes, and they look good enough to be put on the table.
