I really liked JB's adeptus mechanicus thought with a visible brain implant and cybernetic bits. Then again, how do you graft cybernetics on something that regenerates? Well, with regeneration suppressants obviously...

I like the idea of one head with its brain exposed and having some tech/cyber device attached to it.....

I'll probably end making two heads , this one with "brain control" suitable for chaos , imperium , mechanicum.... and a second one to be used with orks ,
having a goblin pilot with gun on top.

Now I'm seeing a scalped troll head with a goblin sitting in place of the brain controlling the troll with a joystick. Maybe you can even make the lower part of the head a part of the model and only the part above the eyes modular...

Skin could use some more texture, we're not all super painters and freehand pros yo uknow. I wol dhave prefered a face but this is quite a change so I believe it's OK. I may be wrong but it seems the 2 feet don't have the smae number of toes.
I don't want to sound silly but I'm sure a bellybutton and a pair of nipples would take no time and whoul ddefinitely make the model look better. Apart from these little details I'm buying it.

Yeah and it's not far from where I would reach my own limit skill wise

Some wips of the Troll BASIC body , I'll use this basic body to then create the different version (Orks and "Lobotomized" by now)
Arms will be separated too helping to personalize more each version.

The pics sucks as always , but you can see some details of its body , some shots wounds bad regenerated , scratches , etc.
