Slannuary

For the challenges you can click the button at the bottom of the page (whilst the challenge is active) and it should trigger a "user upgrade" which puts you in a group for that challenge for 11 months, which in turn triggers the award of a badge. If that doesn't work then prod me as I probably mucked up one of the settings when doing the Slannuary stuff earlier.

Got it! Slannuary isn’t showing up yet?

Odd, all checks out behind the curtain. I've now manually run the task that should assign badges and it seems to have picked up! I wonder if I should commission someone to do a whole lot of better challenge badges than my temporary (ahem) efforts.

is femuary referring to females or fimir?
I do hope it's females, I don't have any fimir and intend to substitute half a dozen of these lizard troglodytes

I am still convinced that dwarfs belong in Gnomevember
femuary, and don't believe any claims to the contrary.
I am also quite convinced that dwarfs - lacking sexual dimorphism in the eyes of non-dwarfs - do not belong in Femuary.
Ahh, it'll all be alright, nothing to go wrong here

Depends on the setting, some do distinguish between the dwarf genders. Female dwarfs in Warhammer are not bearded?

Is there not room for two themes in a month? Can the system handle it? I'm all for female representation in the game - I've been scouting out female dwarfs so my girls can see it's not just about the beardy boys. Easier to find the female elves.
We can totally have that if people want. I've no objections to anything that gets people to paint nice old models for me to look at whilst my own languish on the shelves and in boxes! I went and added a few of the other suggestions (rough banners pending) to my master list over at https://forum.oldhammer.org/threads/painting-challenges.38564/ and I don't see why the odd month can't have a couple. Or incidentally you could time a female model for early March which is when I think Int. Women's Day is ?
