Not one, but two classic Mighty Fortresses and at only $20 with two days to run. Time to build that city wall.

Rather than create a fresh thread I, thought I'd bump this. Noted there were a couple of Mighty fortresses on sale for okay-ish prices given what they currently seem to sell for.

I know a couple of people were on the lookout for one and I rarely see them go for less than £70 these days - those USA ones were rather a lovely exception to that, someone State side is probably very happy (the two sold for $66 !)

while they are nice, when you remove the doors, I kinda think it's far cheaper to just do a 'make one yourself' job. not that doors are fantastically hard to do really..

The doors are less critical on the Mighty Fortress I think. Whilst I really love the GW ones because they open, scratch building some is fairly easy and there are plenty of cast doors and trapdoors kicking around if that option, not to mention a tonne of STLs these days. It might be one reason these two are listed at more acceptable prices however...
