1) It was a comic. Bucky O'Hare. Though alot of people more know the Cartoon which... sigh.. I'm not knocking it but... It was a kinda 'kiddy version' of the Comic. I'm sure @Fimm McCool will give you a direct URL to bits on his blogs talking about the English comic which extended the original US issues, and then did kinda original ones following on (with a HUGE plot problem)

Shipping to the US is really hard to gauge without knowing exactly what you want to buy but I would guess it starts around £11.50 (Royal Mail International Tracked)
