I've done more genestealer hybrids for my Genestealer Cult warband.
I'm planning to split my previous warband, using the purestrain genestealers in a new warband with the patriarch as leader.

Unfortunatelly the ogryn hybrid was done in a private commission by Bob Olley himself (with other hybrids), few ogryn were done (100 I suppose, maybe less).
I bought two at that time and traded one for some oldhammer space marines. At the moment it's really hard to find it available for sale/trade.

It's not an oldhammer miniature and it's not in metal, however I could not resist to add her in my Genestealer Cult
