Return to fantasy

Well, generic fantasy to be more precise. After "finishing" my mordheim dwarfs (no, the warband certainly is not finished. Plenty more of those little buggers waiting in a box for my attention!) I'm looking to paint something else.
Main idea here is to get replacing figures for Heroquest and Talisman but actually I'm just going to paint any figure that appeals me.
Not much to show yet, but here's my stuff so far:

Some of you might have seen my mordheim dwarfs already but here they are anyway:

Impressive, very neat and readable painting. You surely would have something to say on the blacklining thread ;)

I really love your natural tones with limited contrast, it gives a somehow "cartoon" look to you models (definitely not a drawback when I say this). You have more than you need to go dungeon bashing with this lot !
Looking forward to seeing what's next...

Some really nice painted lead here :) hopefully posting here will motivate you to carry on with these..

Fimm its one of the White Dwarf minis ;)

Thanks for the kind words everyone.

At the moment I'm re-basing and touching up some figures painted for mordheim years ago, but with my painting pace there probably won't be new pics to share in the near future. Painting just those 12 figures shown in the first post took me almost 10 months.

@phreedh: Metal magic's fantasy line is just great! Match almost perfectly with Citadel's old stuff and while sold by Mega minis they were also very affordable priced. ;) It's actually little surprising these are not more popular than they are.

Absolutely, I love them and have all the models Mega had in store when announcing they would be selling everything off. Also have managed to get quite a lot of the ranges Mega sold off earlier but there is still a long way to go until I have a complete catalogue - which is my goal.

Now, to paint all that lovely Ochmann goodness!

What a fantastic collections of miniatures. They really look up and about some adventuring.

Geroak, you wrote "I'm just going to paint any figure that appeals me". That sound like a very good plan!
