I am fixing up my undead army. With the state that most seems to be in, there will be a lot of stripping and repainting or touching up to do. I'm starting with my Nagash model, and have decided to completely strip it of paint and modify it in a way I'd never have dared to do when I bought it. I've created a new head based on the Gary Morley original and Mark Gibbons' Nagash picture I saw in a White Dwarf, I've altered the position of one of the feet and rounded the shoes, and I've altered the arm positions (so had to bulk out the shoulders a bit). Not all glued together yet, so might modify the head and torso positions a bit from the picture here. Reasonably happy with how it's looking a the moment:
