Quite Oldhammer

Hello everyone!

I've just found the forum, fantastic to see all this old-time goodness on display. I've just started trying to paint again in earnest after a decade or more of collecting, so here are the first pieces in my quest to level at least one of the smaller foothills of my lead mountain ...

Joe.. your here.. welcome mate good to see you.

Some nice painting there. Are you removing them from the preslotta bases before basing?

We have a painting challenge each month so if you need any extra umph to keep you going feel free to join in.

Thanks mate. The bases are still there, perhaps trimmed down a little to ensure a level top. I've got a page on my site showing the evolution of the base design ...

Bit late aren't you? ;)

Great to see you hear and the painting look stop notch.

cheers

Only because you didn't mention it, had to find it myself!

The orc has made me keen on the idea of doing all my FTO's, simple figures, but over 200 of them!

Cheers!

Hi Joe welcome to the madhouse. If you've got the painting bug head on over to Augusts painting challenge - the more the merrier.

Thanks for the comments guys, as it happens the next thing I planned to do was ramp up to a unit so I will participate in the challenge.

Some of my favourite miniatures are the Fantasy Tribes Gnolls, I want to do an army of them, but I need to improve my speed a bit first as there are one or two to do ...

Great painted Gnoll/Great Goblin, and that's a very nice collection you have. They are very lovely miniatures.
Can't wait to see how you progress with them :)
