Picked up this slightly damaged Askott Ironmane and have started work repairing him as best I can.

The tail is from a Perry Minis kit and have started work on a replacement axe head which will require some putty work to build up the poll & butt. Carving out the beard of the axe was fiddly…

yep, nice work.
side note, Axe heads are weird with the name.. most of them follow human name names but then you have the toe and heel (the top of the blade bit is the toe, the bottom is the hell, the main blade is.. erm.. just the edge I think,, though it's a bevelled edge..).. what idiot names these? the heel should be the chin and the toe.. erm.. nose?
