Hi Everyone.

I got an order today. Besides some Vallejo True Metallic paints, I got a VG+ condition 5th Edition WFB Rulebook and loose Battle Magic Spell cards and Magic Items cards! I've pretty much re-constructed my 5th Edition starter set, save the Lizardmen that I don't want. But I have my box, my rules, accessories, and Bretonnians, all authentic GW.

Cool. I assume this is it. I got some of the red waggly things in the 40K 3rd edition boxed set but seem to have lost them. I never played fantasy but remember Nigel Stillman's fantastic articles on heraldry. I think he did a stint as a postman after GW.

That's the one! I have enough rules,etc. to play 5th Ed again, I'm painting Bretonnians now.

Yes, Nigel Stillman is the man. Narrative, spirit-of-the-game, finish your army, he is a role model for me.

Yep. Bryan Ansell was meant to have bumped into him doing that, asked him about joining with Foundry, which he turned down. Wonder what he is up to now (I think he is still alive)... there are a few fans of Warhammer Ancient Battles around.
