I don't really have an easy answer I'm afraid :(
No problem mate, I've got a chopped up dark elf cheerleader and a chopped up elf cheerleader. Ought to be able to make a decent witchelf out of that, with some bits from here and there. I'm just not very good at converting (and find it incredibly tedious) so I would prefer a quicker route. =D

How much for yours? ;D

I was never entirely satisfied with the way that this Witch Elf turned out:

The pose is OK, but I wasn't sold on the plastic hair, plus I want to use those lovely Elf cheerleaders as cheerleaders, and having a Witch based on the same body didn't seem right.

In my mind, the second issue was that she doesn't match the other Witch, who is much more understated. So I had a look at what other figures I had lying around, and re-discovered an old Elf Sorceress with potential.

Here's the resulting conversion:

You can see I've used the same Harlequin legs as the first Witch. In my mind this is pretty important; I love the way that positionals in 2nd edition teams are distinctive because of sillouette as well as gear. The bulk of the torso comes from the Sorceress, although I chopped out the orb she was carrying and made a glove in a sort of handing-off position. The right arm comes from an already-damaged Marauder Witch Elf.

Hopefully the resulting figure is one that looks more Blood Bowl-esque and makes a much better visual pair with the first Witch.

Great conversion, very OldBowl and the pose really captures how I'd imagine a Witch Elf to move on the pitch.

Made a little bit of progress with some half hour painting bursts over the weekend and painted up a pair of baby manticores (re-rolls for the team):

There's a couple more pics over at my blog.

The deadline for the team is 17th May...I have 6 more players, 4 sideline figures/counters and a display base to finish.

And now I just realise why uou were not sold on the olive +bone scheme for the oldhammer legacy band...
The team is looking lovely because of the lovely slection of Goodwin goodness and because your pale paintscheme realy brings the best of it.

The baby manticores somehow remind me of John Blanche's cover for the "Shamuntanti Hills" (which is obviously a VERY good thing).
